For unknown reasons, L'Oreal has discontinued number 3 hydrogen (12% / 40 volume) from its range.
However, 12% hydrogen is necessary for some products/treatments. An alternative to the lack of 12% hydrogen could be IMPERITY PROFESSIONAL. After all, hydrogen is hydrogen; there's hardly any difference between them. Imperity hydrogen has an additive that conditions the hair during the treatment.

L'Oréal Oxydant Creme is a hydrogen peroxide for all L'Oréal permanent hair dyes. The oxidant is available in the following concentrations: 3.75%, 6%, 9%, and 12%. It is suitable for L'Oréal Majirel , Majicontrast , Majiblond, and Majirouge , for example. The oxidant is mixed with the hair dye to create an intense and shiny color. This is possible because the hydrogen removes the hair's own color pigments, allowing the new color to have a better base and adhere better.
