- No. 0, for strong/stuffy/thick hair (Strong Hair)

- After washing the hair, rinse the hair and then roll up the hair.
- Apply the permanent solution to the hair and leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the quality of the hair as well as the desired level you wish to achieve.
- Finally, rinse the hair thoroughly and towel-dry.
