What is an oxivator (also called developer or hydrogen) and is there a difference between the different brands? The short answer is, NO! An oxivator (developer or hydrogen) is a substance used in hair dyeing to develop the dye. It is mixed with the hair dye to activate the pigments and oxidize the hair, causing the new color to adhere to the hair strands.
The strength of the oxivator/hydrogen is determined by volume and can range from 10 to 40 volumes. (or 3%, 6%, 9% and 12 %. So the only difference there is is the price ! That probably makes the choice a lot easier.
Imperity hydrogen/developer/oxyvator is enriched with Argan oil so that intensive care already takes place during the dyeing of your hair. That is a bonus that you will only find at Imperity!
